Fiber Laser Sheet Cutting

Our new 12kW fiber laser cutter is a perfect combination of speed, precision, and technology. Now serving Nebraska, the Front Range, and the United States with custom fiber laser cutting.

How a Laser Cutting Machine Works

Laser cutting uses CNC technology to direct a high-power laser which vaporizes materials and leaves behind a cut edge. Custom laser cutting is used throughout many industries to create cut products from steel, copper, aluminum, brass and more. We are able to utilize fiber laser cutting technology for both large- and small-scale projects, with full CAD/CAM capabilities.

Our 12 kW Fiber Laser Machine offers high-speed efficiency with consistent cutting quality on varied material types up to 1.250” and carbon steel up to 1.500”.

Our machine also is capable of custom fiber laser engraving for wood, stainless steel, carbon steel, glass and other materials.

Our Fiber Laser Cutting Technology

Computer automated technology allows for the most efficient use of material with the least waste.

We utilize P.E.P. CAD/CAM technology to effectively and intelligently nest parts to cut the most from one sheet of material with the least amount of material waste. This nesting program allows us to provide our customers with the most cost-effective means of making their parts.
