With industry experience beginning in 1989, Roger McKiney has decades of experience in all aspects of fabrication, operations, product development, quality control, and management. A West Nebraska native, McKiney has the experience and the skills to provide top-shelf service.

Juliana McKiney, Vice President

Juliana McKiney has formal education in business and human resources, and decades of experience in HR, facility management, and small business operations. In her role as VP, she provides HR, office management, sales support, and general business support.

Our skilled staff will work with your engineering team to design your custom needs. We commit to meeting or exceeding your timelines while providing a high-quality product. We provide cross-training of all of our staff and are proud to provide a family-oriented workplace.
